Customer of construction - LLC "Kozachok Osokorki", the formal beneficiary of which is Artak Pogosyan - a children's friend of Straharsky. They are associated with joint past activities in the Association of Children and Youth Sports of Ukraine. In addition, Artak's brother - Tatul Pogosyan - manages the agricultural firm that belongs to the mother of MP Raisi Strikharskaya.
Construction is underway on the site of the Kozachok restaurant, known in criminal circles and related to Iskander Kirimov (Igor Tatarin), which died in 2024. The land was profitable for Strykharsky, as it is located next to its LCD "Riviera" from the holding of Status Group.
In 2020, Polesian bought the company "Kozachok Osokorki", and in 2021 she received permission to reconstruct the restaurant. Instead, there has been a large -scale housing construction since 2022.
