The traffic accident involving the high-ranking official of the State Police Oleksandr Tkachuk, in which a young girl was seriously injured in July, has not yet received an appropriate legal decision.
As it turned out, five months after the incident, the official was not only not taken into custody, but was not even served with a notice of suspicion.
Such selectivity of our justice system, perhaps, could be attributed to the gratitude of the investigator in the Tkachuk case. But no. The scale of corruption is much more global. After all, it is Tkachuk who is called one of the shadow curators of schemes for the illegal export of grain from Ukraine, as well as schemes for encouraging the operation of illegal tobacco factories...
It turns out that we can mutilate people like this with impunity?
