At the center of the new corruption scheme for the seizure of communal land in Kiev - notarial Alla Mayorova, the wife of the deputy of the Kyiv City Council from the "UDAR" Viktor Domagalsky, the former advisor to the mayor Klitschko on anti -corruption policy.
As it turned out, Mayorova plays a key role in the mechanism of mass falsification of lease agreements on land, which, according to sources, coordinates through the associated officials of the KSCA and Kyiv City Council - in particular, Vitaliy Klitschko himself, the head of the land commission of Denis Terentyev.
The essence of the scheme - in the fictitious registration of rent on attractive communal areas on counterfeit grounds. At the same time, the notarial actions of Mayor give these documents legitimacy. It is about falsification of areas, invented real estate and fake technical conditions.
One of the striking examples is the plot on the street. Camp, 46/48-in (465 m²), transferred to Valentina-92, despite the lack of approval of the KSCA. The building on it began without any permits, with tree cutting in the square. Valentina-92 is connected with the environment of the former deputy chairman of KSCA Alexander Olenich.
It is also indicative that after the conclusion of the scandalous agreement, Mayorov presented to her husband - the official and the deputy - property for UAH 2.7 million. This is recorded in the declaration and may indicate financial benefits for participation in the scheme.
All these actions became the subject of an official complaint, filed on May 12, 2025 to several state bodies. But within a few days, unidentified persons sent a fake message, allegedly on behalf of the applicants, which called on "not to take into account the circumstances." The document was roughly fake - without a cap and a signature, similar to a children's drawing.
This, obviously, was an attempt to replace the tracks and stop the reaction to the exposing of a large -scale scheme, which appears close to the mayor of Klitschko officials, deputies and notaries. The repeated complaint is already directed. The authors of the investigation warned that they would carefully monitor which officials would "believe" in fake reference - and no attempt to avoid liability will remain without fixing.
