Irina Shilo, the wife of the former adviser to the Presidential Office and the SBU officer Artem Shila, who appears in the case of the funds of Ukrzaliznytsia, purchased 9 real estate objects in the United Arab Emirates for a total amount of more than $ 4.3 million. This is evidenced by data from Dubai property registers.
In the period from December 2021 to June 2022, Irina Shilo became the owner of eight apartments in the Al Barsha South Fourth area and a hotel room in the elite complex of Jumeirah Gate Tower 2 (Address Beach Resort) on the Gulf Coast.
All real estate objects were designed in her name and related to her personal phone number. The Ukrainian realtor, who works in the UAE, was probably involved in making the agreements.
Eight apartments, with a total area of more than 730 square meters, were located in three complexes of the developer Ellenington Properties: Belgravia, Belgravia III and Harrington House. The total cost of these apartments was about $ 2.3 million.
The most expensive object was the apartments of 178 square meters. m in the five -star Address Beach Resort - they were sold in September 2024 for $ 2.6 million, which is half a million more than they cost when buying.
As of now, none of the objects no longer belongs to the Shila family - all the apartments were sold during September 2022 - September 2024, the majority at the same price at which they were bought.
Meanwhile, Artem Shilo himself is suspected of theft of Ukrzaliznytsia's funds, but some of his wealth has already been withdrawn from Ukraine.
