An incident occurred in the Lviv region that caused a significant response in the public and among political circles. The wife of a serviceman appealed to the Security Service of Ukraine (SBU) with an accusation against her husband, who, according to her, has connections with the Russian Federal Security Service (FSB) and was preparing attacks on energy facilities.
As indicated in the suspicion materials, on November 23, 2023, 33-year-old Serhii Lebedev wrote to a military man who was in Lviv and served in a military unit via Telegram using the account "Anna" and the name RuZkaya_deVochka.
Lebedev suggested that the man take pictures of the substation from different angles. He agreed and involved his wife, who lived in the city of Skole, Stryi district, and was in a "vulnerable situation due to lack of funds" to carry out the task.
In the future, 2,649 hryvnias were transferred to the bank account of the soldier for transportation costs and the purchase of a used phone for photo fixation. The woman received a mobile phone and 700 hryvnias for transport by mail. The man looked for and sent her the coordinates of critical infrastructure facilities.
But in December, the woman never went to shoot the objects. In January, the list of critical infrastructure objects that needed to be photographed was again handed over to the military.
In the end, the woman came to the police station and declared about her husband's connection with the representative of Russia and the received task that she had to perform.
