The State Service of Ukraine for Emergency Situations (SES) has officially denied the widespread information about the mobilization of 50% of its employees, stating that this is not true. According to the press service of the department, 90% of personnel have armor and are not subject to mobilization.
This especially applies to employees of operational response units, including firefighters, sappers, rescuers, chemists, engineers and other specialists. They are fully booked, as their activities are critically important for ensuring the safety of citizens, eliminating the consequences of shelling and other emergency situations.
The State Emergency Service called on citizens to use only verified information and emphasized that its employees save people every day, often risking their own health and life.
It is also important to note that from January 22 to March 1, 2025, critical infrastructure businesses can apply for reservations without having to wait 72 hours. The criticality status of enterprises must be updated by February 28, 2025, in order to continue its validity.
