Two elderly women died of stress after the Russian air strike on Okhtyrka

On September 13, 2024, it became known about the tragic consequences of the Russian air attack on the city of Okhtyrka. A boarding house for the elderly was damaged during the shelling. As a result of the impact, windows in the building of the institution were shattered, which led to considerable stress among its residents.

In Okhtyrka, in the Sumy region, two elderly women died of stress after the morning Russian attack on the town. Viktor Tokarev, director of the Okhtyr boarding house for the elderly and people with disabilities, announced this.

In our institution, on the second floor in the assembly hall, the windows were showered. There were women there, two of them died from stress. We will hide them

 - said Viktor Tokarev.

On the morning of September 13, the Russians carried out an airstrike on Okhtyrka in the Sumy Oblast - they hit with a guided aerial bomb. A high-rise building, farm buildings, cars and company buildings were damaged.
