Two drunk hooligans amused themselves by hitting other people's cars at night

In Kyiv, on the streets of Podilsky district, two men committed acts of hooliganism, damaging seven parked cars. The suspects, aged 18 and 23, who work together, decided to "have fun" under the influence of alcohol, tearing off number plates from cars and resorting to physical violence against the cars.

According to the press service of the capital police, the crime occurred when local residents reported two unknown persons who were tearing off license plates from parked cars on one of the streets of the Podilsky District and hitting vehicles with them. The police quickly arrived at the scene and established that two work colleagues who live on a nearby street were involved in the crime.

According to law enforcement officers, the men had been drinking alcohol before the incident. Under his influence, they decided to "have fun" by damaging seven parked cars. The perpetrators removed license plates, beat the cars with their hands and feet, which caused scratches and dents on the cars.

On the basis of the collected evidence, the police opened criminal proceedings on the fact of hooliganism committed by a group of persons. The suspects face up to four years in prison. Suspicion has already been reported, and law enforcement officers are continuing their investigation to find out all the details of the incident.

This case became a clear example of how alcohol can cause not only irresponsible behavior, but also damage to other people's property, as well as draw attention to the serious consequences for offenders.
