StopCor journalists checked the updated declaration of the director of the Obriy Maxim Gayev utility company - and found that despite the magnificent lifestyle, the official for 2024 did not declare any hryvnia income.
Despite the fact that Gayev holds a management position in the communal structure, which reports to the Kyiv Regional Council, the section "Income" in his declaration for 2024 is completely empty. At the same time, significant wealth, including real estate, fleet and a collection of watches for millions of hryvnias, were preserved in the declaration.
Elite real estate near Kiev and in the Carpathians
Maxim Gayev owns a land plot of more than 14 acres in the village of Mikhailivka-Rubezhivka, where two houses are located-a one-storey area of 120 m² and a two-storey one by 176 m². The total cost of objects is at least UAH 7 million.
The declaration also lists the unfinished householding for 340 m² in the Vorokhta of Ivano-Frankivsk region, the ownership of which has been recorded in Gayevo since 2010.
Park of elite cars
Gayev declared two cars-Tesla Model S 2016 (cost of UAH 1.48 million) and Mercedes-Benz GL 550. His wife Lilia Gayev owns Mazda CX-9 and Ford Mustang 2022, purchased in August last year.
Clocks - on a separate declaration
The cost of the Gaay's clock collection could be envied by some museums. In the list - Ulysse Nardin, Breitling, Zenith, Blancpain, as well as an exclusive model of $ 10,000. The total amount is about 3 million UAH.
Pictures on tens of thousands of dollars
The works of Ukrainian artists are also owned: "Fresh Wind" by Mykola Glushenko ($ 3-8 thousand) and "Laspi" by Valentina Tsvetkova (up to $ 15 thousand).
And again without explanation of income
We will remind, earlier "Sotkor" already exposed Gayev in schemes with sublease of communal property in the center of Kiev. And even earlier - in a conflict situation around the change of the leadership of one of the KP, when Gayev came to the enterprise surrounded by "aunts" in balaclava.
Despite the open investigation, Maxim Gayev continues to declare expensive property without any explanation regarding the sources of its origin. State bodies do not comment on the situation at this time, and no criminal proceedings have been opened today.
