It is about the Novopechersk School of Lyceum I-III levels, which gained popularity among Ukrainian high-ranking officials, in particular among the families of former presidents of Petro Poroshenko and Vladimir Zelensky.

The wife of the official, Tatiana Litsur, works at this school, but her biography is not on the official website of the institution. It was previously mentioned as a support teacher (an inclusive education coordinator). In 2023, she officially earned 80 thousand hryvnias at school and received assistance in the amount of UAH 10.4 thousand. In addition, she used state assistance in the management of social security, receiving more than 10 thousand hryvnias because of the birth of a third child.
At the same time, her husband Igor Lyzur earned 6.75 million hryvnias in 2023. Despite its high income, the family continues to use an official apartment owned by the National Academy of Agrarian Sciences of Ukraine (NAAS).
In recent years, Tatiana Litsur has earned about 230-300 thousand hryvnias a year, and her husband even took loans to buy a car and other needs. However, in 2023, the family declared an accumulation of $ 93,000 in cash, which did not cause any interest from the National Agency for Corruption Prevention (NACC).
Learning at an elite school without a cost declaring
Studying at the Novopechersk Lyceum School for the 2024-2025 academic year costs from 11 to 14 thousand dollars a year depending on the format. In addition, parents are additionally paid for intensive food and other services.
