The Netishinsky City Court of Khmelnytsky Oblast found the director of the local professional lyceum and a state of state funds, as well as in forgery of documents. It is about 1.7 million UAH of budget funds allocated for training equipment and a car for the institution.
According to the investigation, on December 26, 2021, the Lyceum Director concluded three contracts with local FOP for the supply of equipment and accessories for the training center for a total amount of more than UAH 3.7 million. However, the equipment did not have this equipment in stock and actually failed to fulfill the obligations. Despite this, on December 28, the manager signed documents certifying the full supply of goods, which actually legalized the transfer of funds from the state budget. Part of the money - over half a million hryvnias - has been appropriated.
In November of the same year, the director also concluded an agreement with another entrepreneur to supply the Renault Lodgy car worth 463 thousand hryvnias. The car in the lyceum has never been received, but the documents stated that it was allegedly accepted and the funds were transferred. As a result, the Lyceum caused another significant harm.
The court found the director guilty of Articles 191 and 366 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. She was appointed 5 years in prison with a three -year ban on holding senior positions, as well as a fine of 12 750 UAH. She received the same term, but was released from serving a sentence with a probationary period.
Both women did not admit their guilt, stating that the equipment had been delivered and the car was returned. However, the court recognized the explanations provided by insufficient. The sentence has not yet entered into force and can be appealed on appeal.
