The territory related to the lands of recreational importance is now built up by wooden houses, but has kept the old Rosinka plate. This indicates that it is about the former children's camp.
By 2024, Taras Ignashchenko, a son of Volodymyr Ignashchenko, adviser to the Energy Minister of Poroshenko, was owned by Taras Ignashchenko. The Ignashchenko family appeared in anti -corruption investigations into opaque obtaining permits for the development of Lithium ore deposits. It is Taras Ignashchenko who is associated with the company "Petro-Consulting" and "Kyivbioenergo", the latter he founded with Igor Gladkovsky, the son of the former Deputy Secretary of the NSDC.
After the land was for sale, Denis Sidorenko became the owner of the "magic estate". In the information space, this person is referred to as a lawyer with unofficial ties with Artem Sytnik and Petro Poroshenko.
Thus, the chain of owners leads to several people close to the political establishment of Poroshenko's presidency. Considering the elite location of the site and its cost, it can be assumed that the former camp "Rosinka" may soon be giving way to the next country cottage.
The only question is whether legitimate procedures for the transfer of recreational land were observed and whether the next “development” of state property inheritance in private interests has taken place.
