A year has passed since singer Jamal became a mom for the third time. In May 2024, she gave birth to son Alim Seita Bekir from her husband Bekir Suleimanov. During pregnancy, the artist gained about 20 kilograms, but today she returns to the stage in great shape - and at the same time she did not sit on any rigid diet.
After a large solo concert in Kiev, Jamal gave an interview to the Turp Stars Project and frankly told how she restored physically after the third birth. In response to the question of the presenter, which helped her return the form, the singer stated that there are no radical restrictions or self -boats, only a comprehensive and natural approach.
“I have not yet returned to my shape yet, but I really count the calories. At the same time I try to eat everything I want. And sports - yoga, Pilates was. At the beginning - breathing, because it was necessary to work with diastasis and all such pieces, ”the artist explained.
In her opinion, women should not rush and press on themselves in the desire to lose weight immediately after delivery. Jamala emphasized that the body needs to be given time and care - then the changes will be natural.
“In fact, I am very glad that I am so - without Kipish. Because really sometimes women just drive. They do not even want to hear about children just because they are stroking. It's a bullshit. Don't listen to anyone. Well, she got lost - lost weight. Everything, ”the star shared.
Jamala now combines creative activity with the education of three sons: Emir-Rakhman (2018), Selima-Hirai (2020) and Alim-Seita Bekira (2024). Despite a tight schedule, she finds time for training, walking with children and rest.
