Ukrainian ex-boxer and trainer Vyacheslav Uzyelkov overcame a difficult medical procedure. The athlete announced this in his story on the social network, reassuring all his supporters about the successful completion of the operation.
In his message, he noted that everything is over, which indicates the successful implementation of the medical intervention. Note that Uzelkov is 44 years old.
According to the athlete, the operation took place in the capital, and he thanked the doctors of the Shalimov Hospital for their help. Uzelkov also clarified that he will have a short recovery period, after which he will be ready for active activities again.
Uzelkov also published a video from the ward where he is, but he did not disclose details about his health condition and diagnosis. However, given that the athlete was receiving treatment in Kyiv for several weeks, it can be assumed that Uzelkov's state of health required serious intervention.
It is worth noting that Vyacheslav Uzelkov's health worsened at the beginning of February 2024. Then he got to the hospital in Vinnytsia. Within a week, the boxer was hospitalized in Kyiv. All this time, the former boxer was being treated at the National Scientific Center of Surgery and Transplantology named after O.O. Shalimova. Recently, the ex-boxer made a loud statement about the big sport. According to him, it (sport) "makes disabled people".
