To date, there are 1.5 million people in the Ukrainian army, and about 300,000 people are participating in hostilities. But due to corruption in the ranks of the Armed Forces in the rear: ordinary soldiers give part of the funds from the state to the command so as not to end up in hot spots, he claims.
"I have a question: where are the other four such parts? Why is there no rotation? It seems logical: if there was a rotation, then maybe there would be no need to mobilize another 500,000. There are several explanations for this: some military personnel cannot really participate in combat operations , because they carry out other tasks, but most of them can... As the military says, we protect the rear, we protect from Belarus. We are working to win there. And why is there no rotation? And here there is only one explanation - corruption ," explains Mosiychuk.
He also emphasized that many units are located in the rear and there they directly say that "some individuals, in order not to get to the front, share with the command the money they receive from the state. It is unacceptable".
"I have a comrade fighting near Avdiivka. He has been fighting for more than a year at zero, besides, he did not drink alcohol excessively, he never used drugs at all, he was engaged in sports. He says that he is exhausted, his shovel falls out of his hands when he needs to dig or dig a hole.
"Of course, it pisses people off. People ask questions. His son was born during the war , and he only saw him for a few days.
