Oksana Chernyavska, the expenser of the head of the customs office of Odessa Customs, became a figure in several cases. In addition to the resonant investigation into illegal enrichment, she tried to challenge a check for false declaration, but lost the appeal.
It became known from the decision of the Odessa Administrative Court of Appeal in Case No. 815/5299/17, reports 368.Media.
Back in October 2017, Chernyavskaya filed the National Police Department and its regional administration, demanding that it be declared illegal to check its electronic declaration. The NAPC's late notification of the Mercedes-Benz ML-350 car was referred to: the car was re-operated on October 5, 2016, but the declaration was only updated in June 2017.
Chernyavskaya was charged with violations of Art. 366-1 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine, and she was able to make a positive decision at first instance-the court found police actions unlawful. However, the Court of Appeal overturned the decision and denied the claim.
The judges found that law enforcement officers acted within the law, and the re -inspection was initiated due to identified shortcomings in the previous conclusion. It was also noted that Chernyavskaya did not specify what the actions were challenged, which complicated the case.
At the same time, the case file states that two officials who made mistakes at initial verification were brought to disciplinary responsibility.
Earlier it was reported that Chernyavskaya also appears in the case of illegal enrichment. According to the investigation, it has a fortune that does not correspond to its official income.
