The Pechersk District Court of Kyiv found a former Mustafa official to be guilty of driving drunken. The incident occurred on the night of May 30, 2024, when Nayem, while driving a BMW car, was stopped by a patrol police on Mykola Mikhnovsky Boulevard.
According to the court decision, the driver's body recorded 0.62 ppm of alcohol, which exceeds the permissible rules. The test was carried out with the help of a Dragher breathalyzer. At the time of the stop Nayem was in a state of light alcohol intoxication.
Nayem himself did not appear on May 13, 2025, sending his lawyer instead. The defender tried to challenge the accusations, referring to the alleged malfunction and the lack of an offense. However, the court found the blame for the proven, taking into account the documents provided by the police: a protocol on an administrative offense and an act of alcohol intoxication.
As a result of Mustafa, Nayem was fined UAH 17,000, and he must pay UAH 605.
