In the Kharkiv region, the process of centralization of medical institutions is unfolding, which can lead to the concentration of all psychiatric and narcological infrastructure of the region in the hands of one person - a former deputy from Vladimir Ryabyak. This was reported by a serviceman and journalist Pavel Fedosenko.
The Regional Council forms liquidation commissions for the accession of the regional narcological hospital and regional psychoneurological dispensary №3 to the psychiatric hospital №3, headed by Ryabko. The reorganization commission also includes Ryabyak himself as the head of the process, as well as representatives of the regional council.
This decision causes reasonable fears in the medical and public environment. Experts point to the risks of monopolization of a sensitive area of psychiatric care, which requires not only medical but also public control, especially during the war.
The scandal of the situation also adds the political past Ryabka - he was a deputy from the pro -Russian party of the PPZ. In the context of Russian aggression, such persons are already increased, and the transfer of control over medical infrastructure is an additional challenge for safety and ethics.
As of now, the reorganization process is still ongoing. The public and a number of experts require transparency of decision -making and involvement of independent experts in the situation analysis.
