The former head of the Volyn Regional State Administration Yuri Pogulayko after his release in 2024 officially became a pensioner and has already received more than 200 thousand hryvnias. Although the official's declaration does not have land or apartments, or elite fleet, his family savings have increased four times in five years.
According to biographical data, November 12 celebrated the 46th anniversary on November 12, and, thanks to the service in the law enforcement agencies and tax police, received the right to retirement for years. The official who has been in charge of the region for almost five years only in 2024 earned UAH 1.32 million, and his wife, who works as a notary, has another 890 thousand hryvnias. The payment was added to this - 336 thousand hryvnias. As a result, the total family income over the past year amounted to almost UAH 2.76 million.
Interestingly, from the Volyn Regional State Administration, he went without real estate, although earlier he had an apartment in Lugansk, which he probably had time to "get rid of". His wife, however, still owns 98.4 squares of non -residential real estate in the same city.
The cars were also managed to update. In 2021, the Audi used by his declaration disappeared, but he declared UAH 1.6 million in income from the sale of "movable property". His wife, in turn, purchased a BMW K1300S motorcycle, which she sold in 2023 for 500 thousand hryvnias. She then bought Triumph Bonneville T100 for 221 thousand hryvnias.
The family account of the family is even more interesting. If there were only a few hundred thousand hryvnias at the beginning of his career in Volyn, then $ 40,280 and UAH 1.376 million will be deposited. In addition, the exponent's declaration indicates another 490 thousand hryvnias in the category "Cash Assets", which were transferred to the management.
Yuri Poglyaiko worked as chairman of the Volyn Regional State Administration from December 2, 2019 to November 8, 2024. After his release, President Volodymyr Zelenskyy appointed Ivan Rudnitsky, a former head of the SBU of the Volyn region.
Against the backdrop of these financial manipulations, the logical question arises: does Yuri really consider himself a "humble civil servant", did he just learn to hide assets skillfully?
