In March 2025, UkrPoshta concluded an agreement in the amount of UAH 291.16 million with the company of Nordi LLC - one of the key contractors of the State Postal Service in the field of international delivery. Branding of Ukrposhta will now be delivered to European cities, but a private company from Lutsk, run by former police officer Sergey Vituk, will be operating.
Which provides for a contract
According to the concluded agreement, by the end of 2025, the Nordi LLC will ensure the transportation of postal items from Kiev to a number of European cities, including Warsaw, Leipzig, Frankfurt, London, Tallinn, Hague, Chisinau, Riga, Bucharest, Budapest and others. Trades of different tonnage will be involved in transportation - 2.8 tons and 20 tons - with Ukrposhta logo. The price of the contract was UAH 2.45 million lower than the expected purchase amount.
Who is Sergey Vituk
Serhiy Vituk is the owner and director of the company "Nordi", which was created in 2023 with the authorized capital of UAH 17.1 million. Vityuk worked for more than five years. In 2015, he held the position of operative in Kiev, and later transferred to Lutsk, where he worked as a senior opera until 2021.
After his dismissal from police, he, who previously engaged in small business, founded a logistics company. With the beginning of the full -scale war, the couple has relied on international freight transportation, which quickly brought success: in 2024, Nordi won the tenders of Ukrposhta for UAH 372 million and received more than UAH 265 million in revenue.
What the company owns
According to the YouControl platform, the company's fleet consists of 25 trucks Scania and Iveco and 23 trailers. In 2023, Nordi declared UAH 52.8 million in profit at assets of UAH 44.9 million.
Interestingly, in addition to Ukrposhta, no other state or communal structure has concluded contracts with the company over the last two years.
