Former Deputy Minister of Social Policy Boris Lebedsov once again found himself at the Center for Corruption Scandal. This time - after almost UAH 11 million inaccurate information in the declaration. This was reported by the ABSROCEPROCE Bureau with reference to the results of the full check of the NAPC.
The detected violations - the classic of the genre: fictitious gifts, alimony, housing with the wrong address, and even millions, which Lebedsov "did not know".
The official did not specify in the declaration the area, cost and other mandatory data of the apartment in Cherkasy used by his son. Moreover, this information has long been in an open court decision.
He registered a rented apartment in Kiev ... in Cherkasy. In addition, the owner of the apartment did not cited.
Lebedsova's cohabitant declared UAH 72,000 in social assistance, although in reality the amount was only 20 thousand. And yet - 88.5 thousand hryvnias of alimony paid to her by Alexander Pirozhenko disappeared. There are none in the declaration.
The most loudest was the point of cash savings - $ 300,000. The official explained that it was a gift from his father cohabitant. But, according to the NAPC, the father had only an old VAZ in 1982 and almost zero income. And the mother spent most of her official salaries on the car. It turns out that $ 300,000 came from nowhere.
A separate story is a judgment in 2021, which refers to a loan of UAH 5.95 million, which Lebedsova's cohabitant provided LLC "Our Doors". The declaration has a single word. The official assures that he did not know anything about it. NAPC does not believe: he had access to financial information as an official and as a cohabitant.
The total amount of false data is UAH 10.97 million. This is more than 20 times the limit for criminal liability.
Qualification: Part 2 of Article 366-2 of the Criminal Code-"declaring false information". Earlier, Lebedsov has already been suspected of negligence associated with a waste of UAH 24 million. Now it is another matter.
