The Ministry of Defense of Ukraine has started the implementation of a new initiative - an electronic system for appointments to territorial recruitment and social support centers. This was stated by Deputy Minister of Defense Kateryna Chernogorenko.
A few days ago, on May 18, the Ministry of Defense launched the "Reserve+" application, designed to quickly update the data of conscripts without the need to visit centers. However, the app's launch was unsuccessful, with thousands of people complaining about access issues or update errors.
In this regard, many people were skeptical about the electronic queue at the TCC. However, this time the QLogic company, which has experience in creating similar systems for administrative service centers, joined in solving technical issues. This gives some hope for improving the work of the electronic queue.
Currently, the e-queue works in test mode in all territorial centers of recruitment and social support.
The process of registering in the e-queue is as follows:
- Visit the website of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine;
- Choose the appropriate territorial center of recruitment and social support;
- Enter personal data for recording;
- Confirm the phone number and receive a message with the date and time of the recording.
As a reminder, from May 18, in accordance with the new law on mobilization, all conscripts, reservists and conscripts must update their data.
