The Ministry of Defense of Ukraine has begun implementing a new initiative - an electronic system for making appointments at territorial recruitment and social support centers. This was announced by Deputy Minister of Defense Kateryna Chernogorenko.
A few days ago, on May 18, the Ministry of Defense launched the “Reserve+” application, designed to quickly update the data of those liable for military service without the need to visit centers. However, the launch of the application turned out to be unsuccessful, as thousands of people complained of problems with access or errors during the update.
In this regard, many people were skeptical about the electronic queue at the CCC. However, this time, QLogic, which has experience in creating similar systems for administrative service centers, has joined the solution to the technical issues. This gives some hope for improving the operation of the electronic queue.
Currently, the e-queue is operating in test mode in all territorial recruitment and social support centers.
The process of registering in the e-queue is as follows:
- Visit the website of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine;
- Choose the appropriate territorial recruitment and social support center;
- Enter personal data for registration;
- Confirm your phone number and receive a message with the date and time of the recording.
As a reminder, starting May 18, in accordance with the new law on mobilization, all conscripts, reservists, and conscripts must update their data.
