The Girich family owns several apartments in Kiev, several parking spaces, as well as four premium cars Mercedes-Benz, Toyota and BMW worth 40 to 60 thousand dollars each. Two of them, the sons of Peter Girich - Maxim and Andrew - were purchased in 2024 worth $ 135,000.

But their son is a better known person. 44-year-old Andriy Kicha is a judge of the international category of the Hockey Federation of Ukraine, as well as a lawyer and lawyer. At once, four apartments at Taryan Towers were bought by 62-year-old Nadiena Larisa Vladimirovna, registered in the city of Dnipro. Three of them - apartments №303, 304 and 305 - she purchased one fell on November 23, 2023. The fourth - apartment №306 - she bought recently, February 19, 2025.

Another enterprise where Alexei Nadyen is one of the founders and beneficiaries - LLC "Salon Valentina, LTD", which is also engaged in hairdressing. This firm earns a little: only 200 UAH of net profit in 2023 and 400 UAH-in 2024. Alexei is also a director at Telnet Corp LLC. According to the financial statements of this firm, since 2021 it does not generate profits at all.

Therefore, neither Larisa Nadieen nor her husband and their son have officially have the financial ability to buy four apartments at Taryan Towers. Therefore, the conclusion begs itself: apartments purchased for illegal profits - either the family itself, or in general third parties.

What is the young guy who makes his grandfather worth tens of millions of hryvnias? Ilya Brehin, according to the Ukrainian registers, is a beneficiary with a share of 35% in PJSC "Dniprovsky Terminal", where his grandfather Mykola Lisak acts as another co -founder. According to the company's financial statements for 2020, the company is unprofitable.

Therefore, obviously, this business is not the source of such income, for which two apartments could be purchased at the most expensive residential composition of Kiev. Open data found that Ilya Brehin and his mother Natalia Brehin are the shareholders of the Polish company Novik, which was registered in Warsaw on September 5, 2022 and is engaged in wholesale trading. The aforementioned grandfather of the boy 80-year-old Mykola Lisak, who became a happy owner of two apartments in Taryan Towers, in addition to the share in the unprofitable PJSC "Dniprovsky Terminal" also has a share of 19.4% in LLC "Halychyna Lasunka", which is engaged in ice cream production. That is, we see that it is an ordinary average family from Donetsk, which has no chance and opportunity to get housing for a few hundred thousand dollars, and for which an apartment in Taryan Towers is rather a distant dream and an unattainable luxury. Judging from his page on Instagram, Andriy Trushkovsky, like one of the previous heroes of our investigations, Kharkiv resident Vladislav Miroshnichenko, is engaged in cryptocracy and leads a luxurious lifestyle - travels expensive cars, regularly travels abroad, buys world brands. Cryptocurrency and earnings on the training of people who have decided to become future millionaire cryptocroresters are also engaged in his younger brother Timur Trushkovsky, who also lives in the United States-he does not officially have particles in business.
Therefore, neither Andrey Trushkovsky nor his brother or parents have no official money for the purchase of an apartment in Taryan Towers: companies in which Andrei Trushkovsky has shares, they do not bring profits and are generally similar to fictitious ones. Most likely, because in May 2024, detectives of the Bureau of Economic Security conducted searches at Taryan Towers in the apartment of the famous blogger and the head of Traffik Devils Alexander Slobozhenko, who was suspected of profits he had hidden from cryptocurrency. Apparently, having argued that law enforcement officers would also reach him with questions about the legality of funds for the purchase of an apartment at Taryan Towers, Trushkovsky decided to "drain" it immediately, rewriting it to his mother. And then, apparently, they decided to hide the apartment even better, selling it to a final pensioner.

Therefore, the Taryan Towers residential complex has become a kind of legalization of illegal money in particularly large amounts: with such high prices for apartments, you can wash a considerable amount of money at a time. And if you want to save on taxes - you can always transmit or resell to false persons housing at a price at times or even ten times lower than market. It remains only to hope that the Bureau of Economic Security will pay attention not only to Alexander Slobozhenko's apartment, but also to all of the above in our investigation.
