In recent years, Nadiya Orekhovskaya, Petro Girich, Tatiana Kicha, Yevgeny Orlov, Larisa Nadiene, Oksana Plevan, Ilya Brehin and Svetlana Gubar settled in these towers.
Who are these people? What money pay for premium housing during a full -scale war?

Basically, the company wins tenders conducted by utility companies, public institutions, which are subordinate to the city and village councils of different cities and villages of Ukraine, as well as military units. For example, in the fall of 2024 the company sold the military unit T0200 a car crane on a chassis of 6x4 for UAH 8.6 million, and the military unit T0300 - for UAH 9.35 million.

The Girich family owns several apartments in Kiev, several parking spaces, as well as four premium cars Mercedes-Benz, Toyota and BMW worth 40 to 60 thousand dollars each. Two of them, the sons of Peter Girich - Maxim and Andrew - were purchased in 2024 worth $ 135,000.

Interestingly, Petro Girich's younger son also owns an apartment in Taryan Towers LCD - a neighboring apartment of his grandmother: he has an apartment №336, in his grandmother - # 337. And, given that the design of these apartments, the Girich family conducts not directly, but because of its relatives of Orekhovsky pensioners, it is likely that this money is not of official origin, and therefore it would not be superfluous to check the anti -corruption authorities where pensioners from Kalinovka from Kalinovka.

Tatiana Vladimir Kicha's husband has no business and is not a public person - no references on the Internet. But their son is a better known person. 44-year-old Andriy Kicha is a judge of the international category of the Hockey Federation of Ukraine, as well as a lawyer and lawyer. At one time, he held the position of Burisma Group's top manager, is also the founder, beneficiary and head of the All -Ukrainian Law Council LLC, which is also a super -jumper enterprise: for 2023 the loss of this LLC amounted to UAH 32 million at UAH 1.6 million.

But the famous Andrei Kicha is not his judiciality in the hockey federation or the professional activity of a lawyer. Therefore, we have another fallopian person - a driver or a merchant in the market - through which someone legalized a large sum of money of unofficial origin by buying an apartment at the most modern LCD of Ukraine.

Like Larisa Nadiene, the owner of the beauty salon found more than a million dollars for four apartments at Taryan Towers

At once, four apartments at Taryan Towers were bought by 62-year-old Nadiena Larisa Vladimirovna, registered in the city of Dnipro. Three of them - apartments №303, 304 and 305 - she purchased one fell on November 23, 2023. The fourth - apartment №306 - she bought recently, February 19, 2025.

The total area of ​​all four apartments is 304.8 square meters - as a whole large house. So, a woman spent at least $ 1 million 150 thousand on them - and this is if the apartments purchased she were without repair.

Who is this endure Larisa? The only information about it is that a woman is one of the founders with a fraction of 15.17% in Alina LLC, which provides hairdresser and beauty salons. Is it possible to earn more than a million dollars for four apartments in the country's most expensive LCD? It is difficult to imagine, especially since the firm has not submitted any financial statements since its foundation.

Larisa Nadena's husband-73-year-old Dmitry Nadien-does not have any parts in business at all. The only track to understand what this pensioner is engaged in or is doing is to record his personal mobile phone number in the GetContact as Dmitry Grigorovich.

Alexei Nadien's son, the son of Nadien, has only 4.17% in the corporate rights of LLC "NVN Dnipro", which deals with the lease and operation of their own or leased real estate, and which also does not demonstrate any financial statements before the state. In addition, he is the founder, beneficiary and head of Alex Group Agro Trading LLC with the main activity - wholesale grain trade, untreated tobacco, seeds and animal feed. Another enterprise where Alexei Nadyen is one of the founders and beneficiaries - LLC "Salon Valentina, LTD", which is also engaged in hairdressing. This firm earns a little: only 200 UAH of net profit in 2023 and 400 UAH-in 2024. Alexei is also a director at Telnet Corp LLC. According to the financial statements of this firm, since 2021 it does not generate profits at all.

Therefore, neither Larisa Nadieen nor her husband and their son have officially have the financial ability to buy four apartments at Taryan Towers. Therefore, the conclusion begs itself: apartments purchased for illegal profits - either the family itself, or in general third parties.

Apartment №298. Pharmacist from Ternopil region Elena Petliovana

Most likely, Elena is a regular pharmacist or pharmacy in the pharmacy, because she, according to registers, has no particles in business.

Like, in fact, her husband, Zinovaya, has neither FOP nor businesses that her parents have. The girl's father Valery Danilov is only one of the founders in the NGO "Association of Fishermen in Nadbruch".

Therefore, Elena Petliovana boldly falls on the list of persons who would have to check the anti -corruption authorities for the subject where money for the purchase for hundreds of thousands of dollars in Taryan Towers. The cost without repair is from UAH 17.6 million each.

On September 2, 2024, Ilya Brehin presented both apartments to his grandfather - Lisaka Mykola Viktorovich. Both gift contracts, according to BlackBox Osint, estimated the cost of each apartment of only 2 million UAH ($ 49,000), which is almost 9 times lower than their market value.

During the packing of these treaties on behalf of Elijah Brehin, Irina Grigorivna operated on the basis of a power of attorney, which was issued in Warsaw by a Polish notary Dorot Kossevskaya, which confirms the fact that Elijah Brehin was abroad during the war in Ukraine.

What is the young guy who makes his grandfather worth tens of millions of hryvnias? Ilya Brehin, according to the Ukrainian registers, is a beneficiary with a share of 35% in PJSC "Dniprovsky Terminal", where his grandfather Mykola Lisak acts as another co -founder. According to the company's financial statements for 2020, the company is unprofitable.

Therefore, obviously, this business is not the source of such income, for which two apartments could be purchased at the most expensive residential composition of Kiev. Open data found that Ilya Brehin and his mother Natalia Brehin are the shareholders of the Polish company Novik, which was registered in Warsaw on September 5, 2022 and is engaged in wholesale trading. Elijah Brehin is the chairman of the board of this company.

Natalia Brehina also has a share of 20% in Natalie LLC, which is engaged in freight road transport, but as of 2024 is also a unprofitable company, although in previous years she brought small profits from 350 thousand UAH to UAH 2.7 million.

The aforementioned grandfather of the boy 80-year-old Mykola Lisak, who became a happy owner of two apartments in Taryan Towers, in addition to the share in the unprofitable PJSC "Dniprovsky Terminal" also has a share of 19.4% in LLC "Halychyna Lasunka", which is engaged in ice cream production. And it is the only enterprise that has significant profits - from UAH 8 million in 2020 to UAH 44.3 million in 2024.

But then, if you imagine that a truly 80-year-old grandfather from Dnipropetrovsk region, receives significant dividends from LLC "Halychyna Lasunka", why he did not acquire two apartments in Taryan Towers directly, but used his grandson, which has transmitted them to him, reducing their costs. To believe that Irina sold an apartment without repair).

Not even the reduced cost of the apartment (apparently, to pay less taxes), pensioner Svetlana Gubar does not have notes in corporate rights and a legal and understandable source of income for such a purchase, as her husband, 77-year-old pensioner Ivan Gubar does not have them.

Their daughter, 53-year-old Angela Mustafayev, probably works as a cleaner at a school in Dobropillya, Donetsk region. Removal, it is indicated by the records of her mobile number in the phone books of subscribers, according to the data GetContact: Angela 7 SK, Angela Technick, Angela Techn, Angela Ury. Her husband Mustafayev server also does not appear in any registers as the owner of enterprises or FOP.

The sons of the Mustafayev couple-24-year-old Alexander Mustafayev and 30-year-old Dmitry Mustafayev have only registered FOP: Alexander has been engaged in computer programming since 2021, and Dmitry has been conducting an individual entity with the main activity-providing other information services since 2020.

That is, we see that it is an ordinary average family from Donetsk, which has no chance and opportunity to get housing for a few hundred thousand dollars, and for which an apartment in Taryan Towers is rather a distant dream and an unattainable luxury. So, the only hook is a seller of the apartment.

65-year-old Irina Tuskovskaya-a resident of Kiev, according to the signatures of her mobile number in GetContact-by profession accountant. Since 2018, she has been the head of the NGO "Sokil" gardening society. In addition, he is one of the founders and signatories of the Advertising Agency of Mainnrim LLC, which as of 2020 was unprofitable, and then no longer submitted financial statements. It looks like both firms are fictitious.

Where does the guy's money from buying a home to Taryan Towers? Judging from his page on Instagram, Andriy Trushkovsky, like one of the previous heroes of our investigations, Kharkiv resident Vladislav Miroshnichenko, is engaged in cryptocracy and leads a luxurious lifestyle - travels expensive cars, regularly travels abroad, buys world brands. Cryptocurrency and earnings on the training of people who have decided to become future millionaire cryptocroresters are also engaged in his younger brother Timur Trushkovsky, who also lives in the United States-he does not officially have particles in business.

Therefore, neither Andrey Trushkovsky nor his brother or parents have no official money for the purchase of an apartment in Taryan Towers: companies in which Andrei Trushkovsky has shares, they do not bring profits and are generally similar to fictitious ones. But, apparently, he had unofficial profits from cryptocurity, which in this way - because of the purchase of an apartment or not in the most expensive LCD of Ukraine - decided to legalize.

Why in May 2024 Trushkovsky presented the apartment of Mother Irina Trushkovskaya, specifying its cost at a funny US $ 9800, and, in turn, sold it for $ 107,000 to a pensioner from the frontline in Donetsk in January 2025?

Most likely, because in May 2024, detectives of the Bureau of Economic Security conducted searches at Taryan Towers in the apartment of the famous blogger and the head of Traffik Devils Alexander Slobozhenko, who was suspected of profits he had hidden from cryptocurrency. Apparently, having argued that law enforcement officers would also reach him with questions about the legality of funds for the purchase of an apartment at Taryan Towers, Trushkovsky decided to "drain" it immediately, rewriting it to his mother. And then, apparently, they decided to hide the apartment even better, selling it to a final pensioner.

Therefore, the Taryan Towers residential complex has become a kind of legalization of illegal money in particularly large amounts: with such high prices for apartments, you can wash a considerable amount of money at a time. And if you want to save on taxes - you can always transmit or resell to false persons housing at a price at times or even ten times lower than market. It remains only to hope that the Bureau of Economic Security will pay attention not only to Alexander Slobozhenko's apartment, but also to all of the above in our investigation.
