Energoatom state -owned enterprise has received electricity in the amount of more than UAH 300 million to a private company Light Group M LLC without any prepayment and without further refund requirements. This was stated by MP Yaroslav Zheleznyak, publishing data that testify to the obvious corruption scheme.
According to the People's Deputy, the terms of the contract between "Energoatom" and LLC "Light Group M" provided for clear sanctions for non -payment: the state company had the right to terminate supply and demand penalties. However, none of this was done. Moreover, the supply continued, even despite the complete lack of payment from a private individual.
Instead of protecting public funds, officials also helped the firm with tax invoices, which legally confirmed the fact of payment that was not.
The result - Light Group M "received VAT compensation for UAH 40 million from the state budget. And the state -owned enterprise remained with the "hole" in finances.
Upon completion of the equipment, Energoatom wrote an application for violation, but instead of transferring the case to NABU or SAP, it was submitted to the local police department-de factoicing the case among other criminal proceedings without prospects.
The head of the branch of "Energoatom-Trading" during the implementation of this scheme was Vladimir Matkin-an ancient associate of Pavel Kotin's head. It was during the equipment that he was specifically appointed to the post. Upon completion of the supply without payment, Matkin calmly retired with a generous source pack.
His place was again taken by the previous leader-Vice president of "Energoatom" Jacob Hartmud, who is associated with the business start of Timur Mindic, an influential businessman from a circle of an oligarchic group close to the ex-president of Zelensky.
