Ukraine is going through its most difficult moment since the first months of the conflict, and its troops are struggling to cope with continuous attacks along the entire 1,000-kilometer front.
According to The New York Times, frontline troops, exhausted and weary, are finding support in a variety of high-caffeine energy drinks, some of which are specially made for this conflict.
Energy drinks are on the rise. They have become one of the few bright spots in the Ukrainian economy. New varieties with crazy flavors are constantly appearing – cotton candy, cactus, and even hemp.
The cans are everywhere. Ukrainian companies advertise these drinks, specifically targeting the military. For example, they write patriotic slogans on the cans.
