One of the ex-deputies of the head of the President's Office, Andrii Smirnov, was informed of the suspicion of illegal enrichment. This became known from several sources.
The details of this situation have not yet been disclosed. There was an appeal to the law enforcement officers and Smirnov himself with a request to provide comments on this matter.
Earlier, detectives of the National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine informed another deputy head of the Office of the President, Oleg Tatarov, about suspicion of bribery. He faces up to 8 years of imprisonment for the specified crimes.
It is also worth noting that President Volodymyr Zelenskyi recently appointed Mykola Tochytskyi, who by this time already had experience in the position of Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs, to the position of Deputy Head of the Office.
