In the Chernivtsi region, a pre -trial investigation into the deputy of one of the city councils, which is accused of abusing the impact and use of counterfeit documents to assist the military, has been completed. This was reported in the police of Chernivtsi region.
According to the investigation, the 39-year-old resident of the Storozhynets community organized a scheme for which men "helped" men to receive the decision of the Military Medical Commission on the unsuitable service or the right to deferral.
The woman used her connections and influence, and also provided false documents to realize the criminal plan. Law enforcement officers have documented several cases when she received a cash remuneration for influencing LCC members.
The case has already been transferred to court. MPs are charging several criminal articles at once:

Part 2 of Art. 369-2 of the Criminal Code-abuse of influence;

Part 2 and Part 3 of Art. 358 of the Criminal Code - forgery, sale and use of counterfeit documents.
The woman faces up to five years in prison.
The case will be considered by the court of Chernivtsi region. Meanwhile, law enforcement officers check the possible involvement of others in this mobilization evasion scheme.
