Oksana Nidzelska, a prosecutor at the Prosecutor General's Office, does not have her own home, but during the full-scale war she purchased a car worth almost a million hryvnias.
According to the 2024 tax return, Nidzelska owns a 2020 Lexus NX200, which she bought in November 2022 for UAH 980,000. Her annual income was UAH 1.17 million, consisting mainly of salary, as well as UAH 2.47 thousand received for business trips from the private university “American University Kyiv”. She keeps $ 37,000 and UAH 420,000 in cash.
Despite not having their own apartment, the prosecutor's family has rights to three real estate properties. In particular:
-
an apartment in Kyiv with an area of 91.7 m², purchased in 2018 by Natalia Nidzelska (probably the prosecutor's mother) for 535 thousand UAH;
-
The apartment in Spain, which has been used by Oksana's son Yaroslav Panchyshyn since 2022, formally belongs to a foreigner, Mikel Sala Sureda, but there is no data on the cost and terms of use;
-
an apartment in Kyiv with an area of 136 m², which has been owned by Natalia Panchyshyna's former mother-in-law since 2017, is currently used by the prosecutor's son.
Nidzelska's ex-husband, Mykhailo Panchyshyn, currently works as a chief specialist at the Ministry of Agrarian Policy and Food. He was previously a prosecutor at the SAPO. According to him, his mother's apartment costs UAH 1.53 million. He himself purchased a 2022 Honda CR-V in February 2023 for UAH 1.37 million.
According to the declaration, in 2024, Panchyshyn received UAH 527,000 in income from the Ministry and keeps $35,000 in cash.
The situation with the declarations of Nidzelska and her family raises questions about the origin of the funds, as well as the actual use of real estate in Ukraine and abroad.
