The management of PJSC “Ukrproftour” and officials of the Federation of Trade Unions of Ukraine organized a criminal scheme of illegal alienation of state property of trade union organizations. This was reported in law enforcement agencies.
The investigation found that in 2016–2018, the attackers concluded four fictitious contracts for the purchase and sale of real estate objects in Rivne. The total cost of alienated objects is over UAH 20 million. The property was issued for relatives of one of the heads of Ukrproftur.
According to the sources on the basis of which part of the scheme was implemented, also served representatives of local authorities and law enforcement officers with discounts of more than 20%. In this way, the organizers tried to enlist loyalty and avoid checks.
Today, five people have already been informed of suspicion. Four of them were detained. There is a pre -trial investigation, law enforcement officers check the involvement of others in the scheme.
