Participants in a high -profile business on land corruption in Kiev continue to be released. The next released were the deputy of the Kyiv City Council Mikhail Terentyev, Deputy Director of KP "Special Zhitlofund" Yuriy Leonov and Deputy Director of KP "Kyivblagoustry" Alexei Mushta.
As it became known, large amounts of collateral were made for three suspects, after which they were released from the pre -trial detention center. This was reported in the High Anti -Corruption Court.
Earlier, another high -ranking official - the deputy chairman of the KSCA Petro Olenich, was introduced to freedom, for which 15 million UAH of pledge was made. The exact amounts of the pledge for Terentyev, Leonov and Mushti are not disclosed, but earlier the court determined precautionary measures in the amount of 4 to 50 million UAH.
Investigators were suspected on February 6, when NABU detectives conducted a series of searches in Kiev, in particular in the office of lawyer and businessman Denis Komarnitsky, who is called "watch" in Kiev.
The investigation exposed a large -scale corruption scheme with illegal privatization of Kiev land. Komarnytsky managed to escape abroad, and some of his accomplices got to the pre -trial detention center.
Among the suspects in the case:
✔ Kyiv City Council deputy Olena Marchenko, member of the "land" commission.
✔ Deputy Klitschka Petro Olenich, responsible for land issues.
✔ Mikhail Terentyev, chairman of the "land" commission of the Kyiv City Council.
✔ Yuri Leonov, Deputy Director of KP "Special Zhitlofund".
✔ Alexei Mushta, Deputy Director of KP “Kyivblagoustry”.
The gradual introduction of the founding and the exit of suspects to freedom is concerned in anti -corruption circles. Dozens of people, including the secretary of the Kyiv City Council, numerous deputies and topics of the KSCA, appear in the case.
The investigation is ongoing, but now it is clear: a corruption scheme that has been "managing" the market of Kiev land for years, had a branched network of influence and links at the highest level.
