In Ukraine, the problem of manipulation of wages for the so -called "fictitious" booking of employees is gaining momentum. This issue was the subject of active discussion among the deputies and the public.
According to the new rules, for the booking of employees an enterprise must meet several requirements, in particular, pay a salary of at least 20 thousand hryvnias. However, according to Khlan, this requirement is often only formality, and people receive money, but then return them to managers so that the enterprise meets the booking criteria.
The deputy notes that such a scheme allows businesses to manipulate reporting and avoid real checks. In addition, he claims that some persons are willing to pay to get a workplace at such an enterprise and thus avoid mobilization.
There is currently no information on specific investigations into such schemes. Meanwhile, the Ukrainian authorities are discussing possible changes to the booking rules to prevent such abuse. Reservations of conscripts should only be available to employees of companies engaged in critical industries, but the actual observance of these conditions remains questionable.
