According to public activist Igor Zhizhiyan, the design of fake disabilities in Chernivtsi MSEC was accompanied by unofficial “prices” from $ 10 to $ 15,000. Formally, these funds were raised "in support of the military", but activists assume that money was settled in the pockets of the organizers of the scheme.
The Security Service of Ukraine has already announced Alexander Deacon of suspicion, and the court chose him a pre -trial detention measure.
