The Zaporizhzhya Regional Clinical Hospital concludes many years of contracts for computer tomography with a private company, which is connected with the family of the current head of the Zaporizhzhya Regional Military Administration Ivan Fedorov. It is a private enterprise "Center of Computer Tomography", founded by his parents - Sergiy and Natalia Fedorov.
At the same time, the hospital has three own tomographs, including the latest Siemens Somatom X.CEED apparatus, recently purchased. Despite this, the institution continues to pay for the same services to the firm that works on the 2010 issue.
Since the beginning of a full -scale invasion of PE "Center of Computer Tomography" has received a contract from the hospital by almost UAH 5 million. In total, over the last 5 years, the amount of contracts with this firm has exceeded UAH 8.2 million.
In 2025, only 437 studies paid the company for 687 thousand hryvnias. For comparison, one of the hospital's own tomographs has performed more than 12,000 studies for one and a half years - that is, hundreds of times more efficient.
Analysts estimated that at the funds paid by Fedorov's company, the hospital could buy at least three used tomographs with similar or even better characteristics. In addition, the price of services on the outdated apparatus exceeds the market value of the equipment itself at international sites for the sale of medical equipment.
In response to the request of the journalists, the hospital reported that the conclusion of contracts was due to the temporary failure of one of the devices. However, as of now, no information on termination of contracts with the company of relatives of the OVA chairman in Prozorro has not been recorded.
This may indicate either a long -term funding for the "required" contractor or the indifference to the rational use of public funds.
