Former NSDC Deputy Secretary Oleg Gladkovsky, also known as Swinarchuk, again with his sons again appears in a scandal related to defense purchases. Despite the escape from Ukraine and criminal proceedings, the company associated with its business actively receives contracts for the supply of drones for the Armed Forces of the Armed Forces.
We are talking about Land T Company LLC - a firm registered in a regular apartment in Kiev just 10 months ago. Its owner is Alla villain, accountant of Bogdan-Avto Kiev, which belongs to the son of Gladkovsky-Michael. Alla and her probable son Yaroslav have never had their own business, but became the founders and representatives of the company, which has already won tenders worth 144 million UAH.
The list of military units that concluded agreements with this firm contains more than a dozen parts, including A7042, A4076, A7400, A7039, A4030 and others. In some tenders, the winners were recognized as "Land T Company" even with cheaper proposals, or other participants refused to conclude the contract, after which the victory was automatically received by this company.
For example, on February 23, 2025, the company offered the supply of drones for UAH 8.143 million, although the other participant provided a cheaper proposal (UAH 8.127 million), which was later rejected. In another tender, the winner refused to sign the contract, and again the contract was received by the company of accountant Swinarchuk.
All this happens after the appointment of Igor Plahuta commander of TE and Constantine Zalana - the head of the internal control department in TRO of the Armed Forces. The latter is the son of the former chief of Plahuta - General Vladimir Zalana.
According to journalists, it is the Land T Company that is recommended on top by military units. Law enforcement agencies are already investigating possible abuses related to the purchase of drones, in particular with the participation of a firm, which is associated with the Swinarchuk family.
Investigators check a number of suppliers, conduct examinations on the cost of drones and examine whether pressure has been put on military units to influence the results of procurement.
Despite the escape from Ukraine, the Gladkovsky family seems to have retained its influence on defense contracts. Meanwhile, Mikhail Gladkovsky builds an elite estate in Spain, and his accountant formally manages a company with millions of contracts from the Armed Forces.
