In the western region of Ukraine, another scheme of illegal intersection of the border has been exposed by military men. According to the Specialized Prosecutor's Office, on April 15, the resident of Transcarpathia was suspected in Lviv region, who for money arranged men for his company with international drivers.
The suspect is the head of a private vehicle and at the same time a serviceman of one of the military units of Lviv region. According to the investigation, he introduced data from the military to the "Path" system, which enabled them to legally leave Ukraine to EU countries under the guise of international transportation.
The price of a "legal" departure was $ 3000 per person. Law enforcement officers documented the transfer of two tranches of $ 1500. After receiving the next part of the bribe, the person involved in accordance with Art. 208 of the CPC of Ukraine.
He has now been declared suspicion. The petition was also sent to the court for the election of a measure of restraint.
