While the Trypillian TPP is being restored after Russian shelling, state -owned enterprises enter into multimillion -dollar transactions with a firm from Kryvyi Rih. It is a company of Technomin Engineering LLC, which has already received at least 285 million hryvnias for work at the object of critical infrastructure. All the details of these projects are classified.
The firm received the first contract in 2023 - for UAH 250 million for the construction of the antitrone protection system of Trypillian TPP transformers. However, after adjusting the volume, the actual payment under this contract amounted to UAH 79 million.
This contract was concluded after the previous contracting organization-the "construction and energy company" left the project.
In 2024, "Technomine" received another in a row - already by 168 million UAH, with the same intended purpose - the protection of the objects of TPP from drone attacks.
In addition to the two main contracts for defense, the company also has a separate agreement for UAH 38 million - for work on the restoration of cells of the open distribution device of the power plant.
In total, three contracts give an amount of 285 million hryvnias, and all this information - according to the stamp "secret", on the basis of the Cabinet resolution No. 1178.
Technomin Engineering LLC belongs to several people: Konstantin Karamanitsa, his wife Natalia, Oksana Drobot and the current director Pavel Nagorny.
Karamanitsa is a businessman from Kryvyi Rih, who at one time was involved in the revival of the Kryvbas football club, in partnership with the People's Deputy from the "servant of the people" Yuri Koryavchenko, better known in the stage name "Yuzik".
Technomin Engineering LLC is a relatively little -known energy contractor. Until 2023, the company did not appear in large -scale state contracts. However, after the shelling of Trypillian TPPs and the loss of critical equipment, the firm immediately became the main executor of "restoration" and "protection".
In open sources, there is no detailed information on the company's technical ability to perform complex engineering tasks in conditions of increased military hazard.
At the same time, because of the classroom, it is impossible to check what materials, equipment and work are laid in these contracts and how much they meet market prices.
