Former director of the NBU's Department of Registration and Licensing, Oleksandr Zavadetsky, has applied for the position of head of the State Judicial Administration. Journalists analyzed his declaration and found out what property and assets the lawyer owns.
The candidate's family consists of his wife Halyna and three children – Elizaveta, Maria, and Pavlo. All of them are registered in the village of Nove, Boyarskyi community, Kyiv region.
Zavadetsky declared three real estate properties with a total value of over UAH 4.2 million:

a land plot of 800 m² in the village of Nove (201 thousand UAH),

a residential building with an area of 167.3 m² in the same village (1.3 million UAH),

apartment in Kyiv with an area of 55.4 m² (2.76 million UAH).
Among the jewels are two luxury watches: a Vacheron Constantin in white gold and a Rolex in steel and yellow gold. Both were purchased before the introduction of electronic declaration.
The lawyer's fleet includes a 2015 Infiniti QX80, worth UAH 2.5 million at the time of purchase.
Zavadetsky also owns corporate rights:

100% in LLC “Project Bureau 'Sphere'”,

100% in the Law Office “Office of Oleksandr Zavadetsky”,

a block of shares of OJSC “Koryukiv Technical Paper Factory”.
In 2024, his family declared UAH 828,000 of income received exclusively in the form of dividends from the law firm.
Of the monetary assets, 487 thousand UAH in cash and 16.5 thousand dollars in bank accounts are indicated.
Thus, the candidate for the position of Chairman of the State Judicial Administration demonstrates considerable assets and stable income from private legal practice.
