The Supreme Anti-Corruption Court on October 7 approved a plea agreement concluded between a SAPO prosecutor and Olga Didkivska, former deputy head of the Main Department of the State Geocadastre in Kyiv region. NABU and SAPO suspected her of involvement in the land grabbing in Pushcha-Vodytsa and Fastiv.
According to the terms of the agreement, Didkivska pleaded guilty to Part 5 of Article 191 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine and agreed to cooperate with the investigation: to provide incriminating testimony against other suspects. She must also transfer 200 thousand hryvnias to compensate for damages within a month.
The court imposed the main sentence agreed upon by the parties - imprisonment for a term of 7 years with deprivation of the right to hold the positions of head and deputy head of the territorial body of the State Geocadastre (and other related positions) for 2 years. At the same time, Didkivska was released from serving a real prison sentence with a probationary period of one year. She is required to register with the probation agency and report any change in her place of residence, work or study.
The decision of the Supreme Court of Criminal Appeals will enter into force in accordance with procedural norms; the agreement was concluded on September 2, 2025, with the participation of the defense attorney and with the approval of the head of the SAPO. It should be added that the article incriminated Didkivska concerns the appropriation or embezzlement of property in large amounts committed by an official.
