In Volyn, during a notification of citizens, a shooting occurred involving employees of territorial recruitment and social support centers (TCS) and men who were trying to avoid the check.
According to the Volyn Regional CCC and SP, the incident occurred in Boratyn. While patrolling the streets, CCC officers discovered four men and asked them to show their military registration documents. Two men tried to escape and hide in an abandoned three-story building.
During the pursuit, the men began to physically resist and beat the soldiers. One of the CCC representatives fired a warning shot, but the attacker knocked out his registered weapon and opened fire on the soldiers.
To stop the illegal actions, tear gas was used on the spot. One of the soldiers was provided with medical assistance, and was preliminarily diagnosed with a broken arm. The attackers were detained and taken to the police to clarify the circumstances of the incident.
