From Monday, February 3, real winter returns to Ukraine - with frost, snow and ice. The temperature will drop to -4°C at night, and during the day it will fluctuate from -2°C to +3°C.
What do forecasters predict?
According to meteorologist Natalka Didenko, atmospheric fronts will bring periodic snowfalls to most regions. Wet snow with rain is possible in the south, and heavy precipitation is expected in Crimea.
Difficult weather conditions:
- The wind is northwesterly, with gusts up to 20 m/s in places.
- Ice - the situation on the roads will be complicated, so drivers should be careful.
- The temperature in Kyiv is -1…-3°C at night, around 0°C during the day, light snow is forecast.
During the week, frosts will intensify - at night to -8°C, during the day -3°C…+2°C. However, severe cold is not expected yet.
