Russian intelligence services change the tactics of subversive activity in Ukraine. According to a spokesman for the Security Service of Ukraine Artem Dehtyarenko on the air of a telephone, now the FSB is actively recruiting citizens under the promises of financial remuneration, but after completing the task he tries to eliminate the performers themselves - in order not to pay and destroy witnesses.
This applies to both adults and minors - every fourth detained on suspicion of cooperation with the enemy is a teenager. According to the SBU, the youngest performers are only 13 years.
"When we cleaned the ranks of the so -called 'Zhduns', there were almost no ideological manuals.
However, the promised money is just a bait. The new scheme implies that a recruited Ukrainian performs tasks, such as arson, undermining or other sabotage, and after that they try to eliminate it-remotely undermine the explosives or organize an armed attack.
According to the spokesman, the enemy today focuses on the undermining of administrative objects, railway infrastructure, cars. Often, during the explosive bookmark, the performer is still nearby - it is at this point that it can undermine remotely.
At the same time, vulnerable social groups fall under the impact. According to official statistics, among the recruited persons:

A significant proportion is people with addictions (narcotic, alcoholic, game).
Most often, crimes are qualified as terrorist attacks for which up to 15 years of imprisonment or life imprisonment. Criminal liability for terrorist activity comes from 14 years.
