When he came to "share his work experience" in each of the specified areas, chaos began: businesses complained in advance about illegal extortion of bribes, massive disruption of activities, and tax office employees grabbed the head of a manager who pits people against each other, blackmails and demands to carry out criminal orders with threats .
Despite the opposition of business and colleagues, the scheme worked for years, thanks to which, being in management positions, they successfully earned insane amounts of money on people's fears, ripping off ten skins from Ukrainian business.
Oddly enough, even the war did not stop the corruption's wild appetites. As the deputy head of the DPS in the Volyn region, Lishchynska together with the then acting Head of State Administration Serhii Viktorovych Kondratyuk arranged and implemented a large-scale VAT laundering scheme.
The scheme is as simple as the world: fictitious companies register invoices, give a percentage of each for this and openly change the nomenclature. All this is based on compliance with the criteria for unconditional registration. Subsequently, the State Bureau of Investigation opened a criminal case against Lishchynska regarding the assignment of losses to the state in significant amounts, which it seemed, will demonstrate to others that it is not worth it to embezzle the budget even so openly and self-confidently, especially in the period of war. However, Lishchynska never received legal punishment. On the contrary, she was dismissed from the Department of Internal Affairs and Communications in the Volyn Region and appointed to the Department of Information Analysis and Risk Management at the State Security Bureau.
Having numerous connections with influential people and a great appetite for budget funds , with the assistance of the deputy head of the president's office Tatarov, this "Lady" is appointed head of the DPS of Kyiv.
The numerous corruption scandals with the previous heads of the DPS State Administration of Kyiv will remain far in the shadows compared to what this lady will do to the capital's business.
