The heads of the National Academy of Agrarian Sciences of Ukraine organized a quiet and systematic scheme for the removal of state land into private hands. Without auctions. Without competition. Without shame.
The main persons involved are NAAS President Yaroslav Gadzalo and Vice President Anatoliy Zoryshnyak. According to our information, it was under their leadership that the state institutions have entered into many fictitious contracts of "joint activity", which, in fact, replaced the usual lease, allowing the transfer of hectares without any publicity.
One of these farms is SE "Chabany", which used land in the village of Gatne near Kiev. Now some of these areas were owned by the daughter of Yaroslav Gadzal - Oksana Chernik. Also - her husband. At the same time, no alienation of state land was formally - only "transfer for working together".
Similar situations have been identified with respect to the relatives of the Vice President of NAAS Anatoly Zoryshnyak. Simply put, during their leadership, the Academy actually became a family agricultural firm with budget financing.
