Lieutenant General Sergey Naev completed the tasks in the tactical group "Coal" and transferred the powers of the new unit of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. He reported this in his official appeal, noting that the decision was made in accordance with the order of the General Staff of the Armed Forces.
“Together with the officers of the governing body we leave one of the hottest directions of Donetsk region. In the future, the tasks in the area will be laid on one of the newly created buildings of the Armed Forces, ”Naev said.
During the four -month rotation, the tactical group "coal" has destroyed:

19 608 Russian military, of which 9 692 were liquidated, 9 916 were injured;

74 tanks;
-
138 combat armored vehicles;
-
316 artillery systems;
-
1 296 units of auto engineering.
In addition, the Ukrainian military managed to keep key boundaries, seven times the enemy to ambushes, and improve the tactical position in five sections of the front, preventing the enemy's advancement.
"Thanks to the coherence, professionalism and determination of our officers, we held the front, destroyed the plans of the enemy and demonstrated the initiative where it seemed impossible," the general said.
In the final appeal, Naev thanked the philanthropists who actively supported his units, including the supply of equipment and the necessary equipment.
"I am convinced that it is necessary to win not" meat storms ", but with wisdom, accurate miscalculation, ingenuity and rational use of each unit of equipment," he summarized.
According to the General Staff, the newly created corps of the Armed Forces will be replaced by the tactical group of "coal" in the Donetsk region's responsibility area, which will be rotated and prepared for active combat missions.
