According to sources in the law enforcement environment, the third rank General Ruslan Gerasimchuk may be involved in the large -scale cover of corruption schemes in Khmelnytsky region. His right hand is called the chief of inspection of the personnel of the State Emergency Service in the region - Peter Kuzmin.
Insiders claim that Kuzmin coordinates a number of high -ranking officials, including the head of the investigation Yakubenko, the head of the Babi investigative department and others. They operate coordinated and control shadow flows that are related to the "solution" of land issues, schemes with water pipelines and veterans.
Particularly alarming schemes with falsification of official documentation: these are certificates from military units, land protocols that use counterfeit data. The documents revealed "Dead Souls" - both from the local cemetery and even buried in Russia.
One example of property was 60 hectares of gardens, which were decorated with persons related to mentioned police. The gardens were subsequently destroyed and commercial activities were launched on the liberated area. The profits from this activity, according to sources, are directed not to the budget, but in the pocket of the participants of the scheme.
Many employees are aware of the so -called "treasury police", but there is no official response. According to the informants, General Gerasimchuk personally coordinates all the main directions of these schemes.
So far, law enforcement agencies do not comment on these charges, but the scale and cynicism of the facts outlined require immediate investigation.
