Getmantsev supports an experiment with a four -day work week

The People's Deputy from the Servant of the People Party Danilo Getmantsev spoke in support of the introduction of a four -day working week in Ukraine as an experiment. According to him, this could be a voluntary option for employers and workers, especially in wartime.

“I am not sure that it can be done during the war, because the employer has to resolve this issue together with the workforce. But as an option, I would support such a regime, ”Getmantsev said.

He recalled that such practice is already in place in countries such as Belgium, Ireland and Poland. You can save a 40-hour work week, distributed for four days, or negotiate other conditions.

In Ukraine, an experiment with a four -day working week has not been implemented at this time, but in Poland it is already ongoing and shows some results.

Getmantsev added that the readiness of business and the desire of the parties to cooperate is important to implement this format.
