In the electronic declaration of the head of the National Bank of Ukraine (NBU), Andrii Pyshnyi, the existence of a joint business with the former head of Ukroboronprom Roman Romanov was revealed. According to the data of Pyshny's annual electronic reports for 2022 and 2023, he indicated a share in the authorized capital of the enterprise in Kherson.
The declarations indicate that the wife of the head of the NBU, Lyudmila Pishna, formally owns a joint business with Romanov. The specified connection on the part of Romanov is realized also through his wife, Lyudmila Romanova.
According to the declaration of the head of the National Bank of Ukraine (NBU) Andrii Pyshnyi, he owns 24.97% in LLC "Planeta RS Kyiv". According to YouControl, this enterprise is registered in Kherson, and its co-owners are Planeta RS LLC and Balnur Baizakova from Kyiv.
The company "Planet RS" is 50% owned by Lyudmila Romanova, the wife of the former head of "Ukroboronprom" Roman Romanov, and the other 50% by Ihor Startsev from Kherson.
According to mass media, Balnur Baizakova may be related to Petro Poroshenko's associate Oleg Gladkovskiy (also known as Svynarchuk). She owns shares in companies in Poltava and Kherson, where Gladkovskyi was previously a co-owner.
It is interesting that Pyshny's wife became a co-owner of the Kherson business in September 2020. At the beginning of October of the same year, the Supervisory Board of the State Savings Bank decided to terminate Pyshny's powers.
We will remind that Roman Romanov headed Ukroboronprom from 2014 to 2018. As of 2023, he lived in the USA and did business there. Andriy Pishnyi was the chairman of the board of JSC Oschadbank in the period from 2014 to 2020. On October 7, 2022, he was appointed the head of the National Bank.
Both have been constantly connected since 2010, when Pyshnyi headed the party control committee in the "Front of Change" party, and Roman Romanov - the Kherson regional organization of the party and was a deputy of the regional council.
In October 2023, the Ukrainian mass media widely disseminated information about the resignation of the head of the NBU Pyshnyi. Then the head of the NBU himself, who was on a business trip to Morocco, rejected this information.
