The head of the Kyiv City Military Administration Timur Tkachenko reported the release of Mykola Povoroznyk from the post of first deputy. The reason was systemic violations, ignoring of assignments and suspicion of deliberate sabotage of the KMVA.
According to Tkachenko, the Pointoznik regularly blocked the fulfillment of the tasks of the administration. It is, in particular, the reluctance to report on the issuance of passes in the curfew. In addition, the KSCA apparatus created artificial delays in the adoption of documents, which paralyzed the work of VA and prevented the business from obtaining the status of critically important.
"It is done consciously to blame me of delays," Tkachenko said in his statement.
He mentioned the budget block for which the Pointell. According to Tkachenko, more than 100 public procurement violations were recorded for 2024. Under the responsibility of the Zorozhnik were 8 billion hryvnias, of which, according to the head of the KMVA, about 60 million could be stolen - in particular from funds intended for seriously ill citizens.
The KMVA announced their intention to contact law enforcement agencies to find out why these violations were not detected and stopped on time.
