In Zaporizhia, local elites are discussing the health of the head of the Zaporizhia OVA Fedorov.
The reason for the discussion was the leak of information from the Zaporizhzhia Regional Clinical Hospital, about the alleged ambulance departure to Ivan Fedorov due to a "stroke", but on the sidelines of the Zaporizhzhia City Council they assure that there was a "drug overdose".
As a reminder, information about Ivan Fedorov's so-called "stroke" was first shared on her Facebook page on March 28 by local public figure and head of the NGO "DO YOUR OWN" Hanna Omelchenko. According to Omelchenko, the head of the Zaporizhzhia OVA Ivan Fedorov "almost died and suffered a severe stroke."
At the same time, another version is widespread among Zaporizhzhia elites, according to which the ambulance of the regional clinical hospital recorded the call as a stroke, but in fact they were responding to a call for a drug overdose.
A number of facts support the “overdose” version. First, the media previously published documents confirming Ivan Fedorov’s drug addiction, in particular extracts from his medical record at the Berdyansk Psychoneurological Dispensary, where he was registered.

Secondly, it is common knowledge that Ivan Fedorov lives in a suburb of Zaporizhzhia, on the Right Bank of the Dnieper. But the ambulance arrived from the Zaporizhzhia Regional Clinical Hospital, which is located 26 kilometers away on the Left Bank, on the other side of the city. It took the doctors at least 40 minutes to get to the call.
At the same time, there are 2 more medical facilities located near Fedorov's house, from which an ambulance could arrive in 10 minutes. In particular, the 9th city hospital, which is located on the Left Bank, and the distance to Fedorov's house is less than 10 kilometers.
In this context, it is worth noting that the chief physician of the Zaporizhzhia Regional Clinical Hospital is Ihor Shyshka, a close friend of Ivan Fedorov. In particular, Ihor Shyshka lives in an apartment belonging to Ivan Fedorov, as is noted in his declaration. Also, UNIAN journalists wrote about possible corruption schemes involving Fedorov and Shyshka.
It is worth noting that 2 days after the “stroke”, on Monday, March 31, Ivan Fedorov was already at his workplace in the administration and was holding a meeting. Although, according to sources, Fedorov was “not in very good physical condition”, the very fact of his presence at the meeting does not fit well with the version of the “stroke”.
Also, according to sources, Ivan Fedorov has long been offered a promotion to Kyiv, but he is postponing the transfer due to concerns about his health.
