According to the head of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) Lieutenant General Volodymyr Syrskyi and his entourage, the most important step in the current conflict between Ukraine and Russia is a ceasefire.
This was announced on Facebook by People's Deputy Maryana Bezugla, who has recently been criticizing Syrskyi and the Ukrainian generals.
She claims that "a number of sources" informed her about this position of Syrskyi.
"I was confirmed by two most important points regarding the position of Syrskyi and his entourage:
- He agrees to sign a cease-fire regime and all kinds of variations on the theme of surrender and forcing peace.
- He does not believe in victory and sincerely believes that we are not capable of gaining an advantage over the Russians on our own land. After all, he thinks symmetrically and makes the only logical conclusion for himself," Bezugla wrote.
In her opinion, Syrsky plans to "go down in history and save a whole layer of the general mafia, which is closer to demolition than ever" with the help of a ceasefire.
Bezugla declares that such a position is also beneficial to ex-chief Zaluzhny, whose influence on the Armed Forces remains.
